By implementing a regular feedback processes properly, it may seem little time-consuming  for a swimming teacher. Yet it can be very rewarding and even accelerate your progress and success with your students.

In fact, I venture to say many swimming instructors today; simply don't bother, therefore just by establishing and acting on a feedback from a customer, you have already established a point of difference from others immediately. I remember quite clearly organising a picnic in the park for my parents. My objective was to find out if they were happy with the quality of lessons.

All it cost me was my time, as the parents brought there own picnic's, chairs and blankets. I just had settled on the place. In a relaxed social environment  I was amazed how open and honest my clients were. Not only did I recieve plenty of good quality feedback but everyone had a fabulous day. We repeated it many times in the future 

colouring competitonsSure surverys are another great way to get customer feedback but make it fun. Organize a special "Coloring competition" questionnaire for your children, or attach an additional survey or  comments sheet for your parents.
